She specialises in supporting adults with traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, and complex orthopaedic trauma, often where post-traumatic symptoms impact mental health and behaviour.
Since 2021, Sarah has provided expert witness services, producing balanced reports instructed by both claimant and defendant solicitors. Her background in both neuro rehab and motor insurance claims as a previous claims handler gives her a unique perspective that combines clinical and legal insight.

Lisa is a highly skilled Occupational Therapist and Case Manager with over 13 years’ experience across statutory services and private rehabilitation. She has specialist expertise in neurological conditions, brain injury, orthopaedic trauma, amputation, and vocational rehabilitation. Lisa also has extensive experience working with both adults and children in community settings.
She is trained in functional capacity evaluation and job demands analysis and is passionate about enabling individuals to return to meaningful roles in daily life and work.
Lisa is known for her collaborative approach, strong communication skills, and ability to manage complex cases effectively. She continues to develop her practice through CPD, with interests in trauma-informed rehabilitation and assistive technology.
Lisa takes instructions from clients in Glasgow, Edinburgh and surrounding areas.
Laura qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2008 and has since worked across the NHS, private healthcare, and sport. She now specialises in catastrophic injury case management, with expertise in complex orthopaedics, multi-trauma injuries, and mild to moderate brain injury rehabilitation.
She also has a strong background in paediatric rehabilitation, supporting children and families through recovery and education reintegration.
Combining her physiotherapy skills with case management experience, Laura takes a holistic and practical approach to rehabilitation. She is skilled at coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring client-centred outcomes, and addressing both physical and psychosocial aspects of recovery.
Laura is an active member of BABICM and regularly updates her knowledge through CPD in neuro-rehabilitation and complex trauma.
Laura provides services in the Scottish borders, northern England and the Scottish central belt.
